he had a strong southern accent，couldn't even speak proper Mandarin，so I knew him was a scammer instantly，I searched it and assured he was a scammer wanting to cheat me money，I hated scammers intensely so I got very angry
I said :"fuck your mother，you liar，you stupid ass" ，cursed him recklessly

I seldom behaved so low inhib， almost like a nigger

I think Mandarin refers to northern dialect，spoken in northern and southwest area，standard Chinese is based on the accent of a place near Beijing，so is a Mandarin dialect

southern part of the country has seven big dialects，these dialects can't intercommunicate with Mandarin orally，but has the same written system.so I can ascertain this guy comes from the south according to his accent

I can read not simplified Chinese ，the characters in it has only moderate differences from simplified Chinese，but some characters I don't recognize and need to look it up

They're not dialects, they're languages altogether and they have dialects, yet if you know one you can fairly understand some parts of other ones derived from Sanskrit as well, Southern languages and Iranic languages in the north west are different families altogether.

Yea, that's the reason they used English as the lingua franca anyway cos of multiple languages, afaik all Indian users watch web pages as it is in English.
If not for Chinese emperors destroying libraries and authors of different dialects and deviations and focusing on standardization all throughout their empires I guess it's very probable that China would have ended up with multiple languages and scripts as well.
