I avoid eating since it's so messy because of my beard

I don't even have working equipment to do something to the beard. If I try to eat oatflakes, they don't go to my mouth but instead straight into my keyboard. I have Taleban beard, except even they trim their moustaches for practical reasons (less messy eating).
