Serious I am worried .IS might be a LE honey pot

I already got F'ed by LE several years ago so I am on my guard now.
What worries me is that I did some testing and it appears that the .IS server is likely hosted in the Netherlands.
I was hoping and expecting it would be hosted somewhere like Belarus, Panama, Moldavia or Kazakhstan.
The Netherlands are known for allowing crazy sting operations such as it was the case with Hansa Market.
If the .IS owner is legit I hope he'll consider moving the server.
