I am not obese or anything but I've got a goy build currently, skinny fat and I hate seeing it whenever I am showering.
I am pretty sure that my dick would get bigger if I got fit since my thighs are the main issue, they are fat for some reason. I've got the shriveled penis syndrome.
I am a dickcel as it is, i think 4 inches.
Staring at my small dick, skinny fat body is what makes me feel like shit a lot it almost motivates me to at least get fit.
I am doing it for myself, for the sake of not feeling like shit whenever I have to see this subhuman body, I know I won't get foids.
I used to be obese too but lost around 20 kgs during covid, cyclemaxxed in the gym, I don't know how I did it nowadays I have zero motivation.
But I think that I've got the motivation to do it during the summer my only issue is being stared at people for being ugly and gym anxiety.

walks do not help. I am walking a lot as it is, runs would help, but lifting is what I want. RehabRoom says that it is a nice cope for subhumans.

Physical activity helps a lot with mental health. It may sound like a redpill delusion but RehabRoom said that gymrotting helped him a lot.
It used to help me too when I cyclemaxxed in the gym.

Theres a difference between limiting how many calories you consume and working yourself like a dog every day in the gym for almost no benefit

The benefit would be seeing your body in the mirror and not feeling like garbage. The serotonin released in your brain after a workout is also one of the benefits. Rotting and eating goy food did nothing good for me.

if you are not obese and you eat normal calories then it's surely the carbs that keep you "fat" (because you are not fat it's likely just water and glycogen) and always hungry.

Yeah bloating with carbs is subhuman trait but sometimes you just have to deal with it.

I was skinny fat too but I fixed it replacing bread portions with a whole stick of butter every day.
