Been trying to play mage for the first time, kinda mid.
it is not too bad, the damage is decent carian slicer and rock sling are a good combo, night comet is decent but it feels like if i ditched them for a cold banished knight sword i would do better since it works well at 80 INT, reliable posture breaks, tons of damage, frost procs, i do not need to refill mana all the time and i can get like 2 extra talismans for protection since i will ditch the spell ones.
i think STR builds are the casual builds in this game they are so much more reliable i can even swap damage to holy if i found an undead.
azur comet is overrated as fuck and very situational.
