Im sure you've heard this spoken at least a few times (particularly from my my cursed people), the general idea being hat the one speaking it is not to be trifled with/ the wrong person to mess with.
Being a KFCel myself, Ive had to hear it, or some variation of it often.
This saying/line of thought was and still always disturbing to hear because implies that it there is a right one to mess with.
It sucks, but it also proves how inherently vicious, and savage normnigs are at their core.
