I ate earlier today but it was a small meal and I still feel it in my gut and burp. If I move too quickly I get the urge to throw up. My diet is good but maybe food poisoning from a buritto or premade meal I ate yesterday

I hate going to the doctors also and avoid it any time I can. Once I postponed for over a year going because of the ear infection and it turned into chronic and I had to get ear surgery. Today my left side of the jaw got swollen and went to the doctors and tomorrow I have to take bunch of tests. Better to fix things on time.
