So, as I had mentioned a while ago, my elbow is messed up.

I seem to have tendonitis. The joint itself is alright.

It has also been diagnosed that my tendons are shortened.

So, in an effort to stretch my right bicep and tendons I must have squeezed the bicep nerve and it shut down almost completely.

The reason why that's happened was most likely because my elbow was dislocated due to the muscles being overworked and sthe tendons tense.

I can only lift up to 3 Kg and feel a bit of numbness in my forearm. The pain is "magically" gone though because the nerve shit down.

I can properly contract my brachialis but my bicep I can contract / activate a little bit.

With my left arm I can normally lift 20 Kg (around 40 lbs) but with my right arm I only manage 3 Kg (6 lbs probably).

Fuck my life, man.

I am scared that they will find something brutal and unfixable ... .

Voltarol 2.32% Max strength is available on prescription for free from the NHS. It's very good for the pain.

I have no more pain. My bicep nerv shut down.
My bigger problem now is that I can't properly activate my bicep anymore.

I have just now received my report and according to the experts, there is not damage, nothing is torn.
There is, however, an initial tendonitis present.

But because the nerv shut down from the stretch that I attempted to do, I cannot even feel the pain anymore.

That is "nice" but neither can I properly use my arm.

That Voltarol is probably some Diclofenac and it won't help me stretch my tendon.

My tendon is shortened, which probably causes the irritation in the first place.

Update!

The results of my NMRI are in and I have a tendinopathy where the tendons connect to the bone... .

And these idiots haven't seen anything else, but my fucking nerve is fucked. I can barely contract my bicep still. Barely any strength in it.

So I now have an appointment at a neurologist and a renowned chirurg&chiropractor who has helped me in many serious cases of that nature.
But of course for his services I have to pay. That is of course NOT covered by the insurance. Such bullshit, man.

So far no regular doc could help. Fuck em all, I swear.

Why even pay for health insurance if these useless niggers can't do anything?!

Tbh, fuck this system. If all else fails I will apply for disability buxx. Fuck these clowns. Why should I work and wreck myself even more for this soyciety?!

So, here is an update on my condition.
So, I was at a neurologist the other day and it looks like something is pushing against / squeezing the nerv in my neck which sends signals to my bicep, which is why it's weak and why I also have numbness as well as loss of sensation of pain in some areas of the arm.

It could be two dics close to the canal just being very compressed and the canal, where the nerv passes through, getting tight as a result. That oinches the nerv.
It could be because one disc is already bulging and presses against the nerv.
The worst case scenario would be a ruptured disc releasing the fluid from the inside which presses against the nerv.

I will have to get another NMRI of the neck area to figure out what kind of damage I have there, if there is any damage.

Either way I will have to do decompression therapy and I have already gotten everything I need for it and am doing it.

I've already gotten massages to loosen up those severely tight muscles, which even that big guy had trouble to massage at the physiotherapist.
Will go there once a week, I guess, just for good measure.
Then I will do traction therapy to stretch the neck.

I already have one device for it which is a good start and has already helped a bit because my arm is getting stronger again and I can contract my bicep better.
Also I have less numbness and can feel a bit of pain again, if I pinch my skin or poke myself.

I will soon get a proper traction device and will be able to properly relief pressure off of those discs.
That I will do regularely so they can also heal and that will very likely release the nerv and give me my strength and sensation back.

Wish me luck brocels. I want to go back to work, tbh... . Just sitting at home, doing nothing is too brutal for me.

I already rot enough as is.

Sorry for any other cool brocels I may have forgotten. It is still early here and quite frankly I am tired.

Dont go to a chiropractor im disabled because of one

For real?!

I go to them regularely though, tbh. What has he done to you exactly?

Botched my neck nerves, semi paralyzed my right side, still recovering after almost a decade.

Im too tired from it to talk rn but just dont they are not real drs, actual real drs know nothing and are too lazy to properly diagnose, so imagine a fake one.

So, he somehow twisted your neck, I guess. Made it crack, but fucked up.

Damn ...

Pinched nerve from excess lifting? Seems like something that happened to @kay' though I think his situation is much worse. Hope you get better fast man.

Yeah, I am already getting better.

Ok, then that's too much radiation. Maybe one later.
But if I won't do thus I won't get a certificate if illness, as I have failed to do my part to get better and therefore won't get sick-pay.

Brutal.

Drinking small amounts of DMSO helped fix my pinched nerves and cured my partial paralysis!

It took about 6 months of three ts a day, mixed with water. It's nasty tasting! (Sulfurous)

It's kind of dangerous and semi illegal - for humans! But it works...

Look it up. Its semi cheap. Mostly used on horses.

You can't use steel or certain plastics with it. Only glass.

DMSO.

I've heard of it. Many co-workers talk about it but don't seem to really have a clue. I will do it the old fashioned way a d let ny body do the healing.

The numbness is already a lot less, btw and I have more control over my arm again.
The weakness is still there, but not as brutal as at the very beginning.

I can lift more and contract my bicep more.

I will prevail. I will fuck this life in the ass in the end.

It's worth the time to research it. It's great for nerve repair. It comes from tree lignum.

I guess I still will, to see how the discs are doing.
But it is not good for me as I have already had one a couple of days ago.
They go as fast as a washing machine on spin.

@kay' @Aventador

So, guys, the results of my NMRI are in. Incredibly fast this time.
I was there this morning.

It is brutal, tbh. To put it in simple words, I am getting old.
I suspect that also loneliness and bitterness are taking a toll on my overall health as well.

The condition my neck is in can still be fixed without surgery, but it will take time.

I am still scared though. Imagine getting old and never having experienced a relationship at least.
Now I am beginning to experience what @Emba is feeling.

Enjoy your youth, brocels and take care of your health so you stay fit for as long as possible.
Aging is suifuel.

So thats good news right? The damage is repairable?

Shit's depressing but could've been worse, the damage could've been ireversible.

Yeah staying healthy is un-appreciated by us younger folk- "you don't know what you have until you lose it"

Make sure to treat yourself to a nice meal and desert, you deserve it.

My condition is 100% reversible but is still pretty bad.

I am already working on it. Now I just have to be patient.

It's good the neck will improve with time and thanks for the reminder. Health is Wealth.

I'm kind of sure my bronchi problems might be fixable but there's not much online about it

I could ask my mom about it. She is interested in alternative medicine and reads a lot outside of mainstream channels.

Oh wait, I've already done that and she didn't know much.

Nvm, sorry.
