Cope, crack of dawn or slightly before that is more quiet. In the night its full of people partying, drinking, having fun, getting laid, etc. But in the very early morning there is none of that. Only stillness as everything is still asleep. Plus it looks nice seeing the sun start rising, feeling the morning coolness and smelling the fresh morning dew.
