Government is already doing it by printing away their currency. With hyperinflation or failed currency a la Venezuela, the price sex will be revealed to be what it is actually worth - a Big Mac. After the GFC, a Big Mac is actually what whores were paid for their holes in Greece.

If you want to fast track to this with politics I guess socialism/communism is the way to go. It is the popular thing with zoomers and millenials that have nothing and want gibs.
