I am 163lbs (74kg) as of yesterday I let myself fall into disrepair so I have been wallowing in a depressive state seeing guys who are in shape having no trouble socializing and forming close bonds while I rot, especially now that it's summertime and there's even more activity and foot traffic outside and all I see is these 110lb 5'2 guys who are stealing all the coochie. Is there anything I can do besides training with weights and a resistance band in order to lose around 20lbs?
