I think I agree with @THE TRUE DIGLET. It's easier to own dogs, because, they require less attention, and you don't need to take the time to take them for a walk, and it's less expensive. I might get another cat ngl, I have been reluctant to get one after my male calico died last year(males are extremely rare)

dunno man i owned a cat and owning it wasnt hard at all
just feed it and let it go outside during the day, plus you dont have to wash them cuz they clean themselves
