Son: breastfed as long as possible, eating steak and eggs by 2 years old, weight training and sprints at 3, 5 hours of sunlight a day, taught correct posture, swallowing, tongue position, and proper breathing as young as possible, will reinforce constantly. By the time he’s 15 he should be chadlite/chad and can properly enjoy life.

Daughter: no phone allowed, locks on doors and windows, no male friends, no alcohol or drugs, no makeup or piercings, no slutty clothes, and only focused on school
