Just say horizontal length of the eye instead of trying to sound intellectual.
Either way, it doesn't really matter. If anything, middle easterners, Indians and Asians in general tend to have quite elongated eyes aka the "almond" eye shape meme.
How deep set they are, positive or at least neutral eye tilt, distance between eyebrows and upper eyelid, coloring etc. is all that matters at least if you're a man.
