Would YOU discriminate against an 'ugly baby'?
Neuroscientists at the University of Oxford have found that adults prefer to give a toy to a cuter baby than one they consider to be less attractive, suggesting ugly babies may be at a disadvantage.
Attractive babies are given more affection, toys, love and attention than their ugly counterparts. This is massive in the development of a child, without given the advancements needed to progress mentally, the ugly children will be given a disadvantage in early life, thus also giving them an advantage later in life.
Not to mention that studies have shown that attractive orphans are more likely to be adopted than the ugly ones, same with adopting babies. Even before you could make choices in life, it was OVER.
