How would you upgrade this PC?

GPU GTX 1070 SC EVGA
Motherboard needs changing xd
RAM 16gb DDR3

Buy outdated ASRock Z77 Extreme4 motherboard and leave it like that or buy new gen motherboard so DDR4 RAM and new CPU would need to be bought. What would you do? I can even barely find Extreme4s for sale but my build would still be fine with Extreme4 motherboard although CPU slightly bottlenecking. Newer motherboard would cost around $120, DDR4 ram $120 and new CPU $250 or so. Extreme4 only costs $100. Should I go for extreme4 then LDAR and wait? Also reminder I am saving for a surgery. IMO extreme4 would be higher IQ but other option is chad build.

I said fuck it after minutes of searching for DDR3 motherboard to buy, they're so fucking outdated it's impossible to find them, it's like buying a Lada or some shit tbhthb
I went with

Ryzen 5 2600x CPU, gonna overclock this shiet to 4.5ghz tbh never overclocked before, I want to feel that gigamog in online gaming
Asus STRIX B350-F Motherboard
and Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB RAM
I would probs be able to overclock my GPU too with that motherboard
cost me fuarking £400 ; _ ; tbhthb but it will last 5 years so fuck it, plus It's gonna be colorful as fuck and I am gonna put it on le table, then I would finally tbh 2nd monitor, might post le pic in this thread when I upgrade my shiet tbh jfl
