Based on the way I've seen it used here as well as in the wider Blackpill space, the term doesn't really have a singular set-in-stone definition much like the word 'normie' itself (which I found in a poll is mostly synonymous with 'bluepiller' on here). But I'm not sure how well exactly that translates to failed normie, the term's not necessarily exclusively in reference to bluepilled people: Yes, I've seen it used to refer to incels-in-denial (or in(denial)cels, as I like to call them) but I've also heard it used to describe people on the periphery between being a normie and being an incel.

What's your definition of the term?

Normie for me is people who can have sex without pay

I would say a failed normie is someone who isn't an incel, but is a fakecel that's had a really bad life and relates a lot to actual incels. Kinda like @Sperg Abomination, I would call him a failed normie.

Someone unattractive enough to experience discrimination for their appearance but just about attractive enough to rarely ave romantic experiences under specific circumstances? That's roughly my definition. Those types of people used to be allowed in the forum back in the early days of .is.

They are not ugly and they could find a foid.

Anyone who moga me

Someone who doesn't have bad genes and isn't an incel but has still failed at life somehow.

someone that have a level of looks/height that makes them fail to obtain a gf, even if somehow they would be able to make a gf, yet they somehow due to some factors they fail to obtain a gf

4/10 guy who briefly had a girlfriend in high school or uni, but who haven't had any sex for 5+ years. He is trying to "work on himself" and "stay positive".

A burn victim.

They failed due to neurodivergence or just plain bad luck.

What's your definition of the term?
Someone who is too normalfag to be considered one of us but isn't normalfag enough to he a proper normalfag

I feel like I have two definitions and I don't know which is closer to correct.

1) Someone who had moments or seasons of opportunity for success but did not capture them, possibly to never have them again due to the inertia of their bad choices. A failed normie had a chance and failed, a truecel never had a chance. An example could be a 4/10 guy who could have managed to rise to 5.5/10, could have had a decent job but was unmotivated or discouraged or slacked in school, and now his window of opportunity is over as he is fat, bald, unemployed, etc. There are parallel universes where he made different decisions and became desirable.

2) Someone who is psychologically a normie, a bluepill, who does the normie song and dance but still fails to score. This is in large part due to looks but is also a reflection of the brutality of modern dating, where being average/normal is not good enough. This is different from 1) in that they don't really need to spiral downwards. They do everything "right" according to bluepill logic, have jobs, take care of themselves but still fail. They are probably worse off innately than 1) because they do things to maximize their attractiveness like good hair styles, clothes, money, friend group, and in spite of this they are losers, whereas 1) indicates a man who would be successful if they did these things properly, with sufficient luck.

The first one is basically my definition of a failed normie. That's what the "failed" implies, that there was an opportunity that was blown. They may have even had sex before but are now incel tier in looks due to age/poor lifestyle. So it did begin for them, but you can't be a failure if it never even began, like for trucels
