Lets say you drop a big pile of mangas of different genres (hentai included) in a big medieval city , What would happen? How would medieval folks react and how would it affect our timeline ?

Also...lets make this more interesting , lets drop some weeb merchandising like dakimakuras and some onaholes/sex dolls and anime figurines/sculptures among the pile of anime shit , and lets drop this shit in several medieval european cities.
