How will hypergamy work anymore?
And will personality actually start mattering.

Also how will race tribalism work if you can change it on the fly?

A shapeshifter can shift bad genetics. If it can’t shift genetics it can’t be a shapeshifter at all since your looks are caused mostly by your genetics.

There will always be a way to compete to prove superiority. Let's suppose all men can shapeshift, well make them shift into the same body and have them perform physical feats. Even if the bodies are the same, it's impossible to have everybody run/swim/etc. at the exactly same technique with angles.
It'd be a difference of miliseconds, but good enough to stablish superiority.
Or have them compete by fighting.

Even if every single man had the same phyisical features, a way would be found to compete with each other, don't doubt it.

This is a good response. I agree, I feel like humans will find some new way to mog each other in mogging battles. Hypergamy might not be looks based no more but probably status and wealth based, it will be the MS money and status. People will always find some petty way to mog no matter what.
