Seriously housing in 2025 is pretty crazy you need 25 year worth of your salary just to buy a decent house in here

Average salary in my country is 165 in dollars now times 25 you need at least 49.500 dollar for a home in big city with strategic locations and good quality

Well, my parents paid some 100K for their house and that was some 10 years ago.

A former co-worker of mine had to take out a loan to buy a house of the same size as that of my parents, and he is now paying of half a million Euros.

Not joking.

Basically, I will never own a house, just i herit thst of my parents.

Not really. You can buy a house for under 30,000 euros in certain areas. The problem is that there's no jobs in my country for those who don't get to enjoy the luxury of nepotism

Grandma paid 11k and owed it in 5 year salary, mother paid 100k and owned it after paying mortgage in 20 years. house and the homes around me are now 650-1 million and are mostly shit boxes. Do expect to never be able to own a home again.
