• flexibility. foids are more flexible. you can do an elbow test. see article above
• skin darker than normal foids of that race
• too much surgery, if foid looks like some plastic abomination. some chance is a tranny
• body shape is not hourglass like. big red flag
• exaggerated feminity, big risk, trannies try to overcompensate for their trannyism with going hard on feminine stuff
• too easy. if a foid is too easy, higher chance of tranny
