It is illegal to expose your nude body in public for sexual gratification, and a current area of law that is undeveloped in this regard concerns its application to the internet.
Given that social media platforms effectively constitute a public space, it stands to reason that when onlyfans thots post lewd pictures of themselves without the consent of the general public who will be viewing their posts (e.g., in the replies to trending twitter content), that this could be understood as indecent exposure.
All it would take is political and prosecutorial will for them to be criminally prosecuted under such statues.
At least in Britain, there is precedent and even specific laws that enable prosecution for "cyberflashing." But of course, this was a consequence of foids being sent dick pics by men
However, these exact same standards could easily be applied to onlyfans thots who expose their nude bodies to men.
In America, a legal challenge to this would involve the question of free speech (given that pornography is technically considered "free speech"). And yet there are limits to where you can display pornography -- where it would be considered obscene. Namely, you cannot display it in public places, which is a designation that should include social media
Yet another legal challenge could come from the argument that Onlyfans thots aren't exposing themselves for "sexual gratification" at all, but just as a commercial venture (similarly protected by "muh free speech")
Evidence against this could include transcripts from the AI/paid chat flirters these Onlyfans thots employ to bait simps, which technically indicate sexual gratification as a motive for their conduct
Them having to defend against this would be reminiscent of Alex Jones having to argue in court that his whole show was just "for entertainment," and not serious. Which would be lulzy in itself, tbh

In March 2024, a 39-year-old man became the first person in England and Wales to be convicted of the new offence of cyberflashing, part of the Online Safety Act. He had sent unsolicited photos of his genitals to a 15-year-old girl and a woman.
