It's killing me and I have a huge pile of work to do.

Are there tips ? Anything ?

All my life I've been doing that shit. It's over. I was made to LDAR, especially rot after an overdose.

Just do it. Seriously. Do it. The habit is earned with regularity and constancy. There's no more.

It's beyond me tbh. How to even start ?
If you have to do math exercises, you must divide your time between the available time you have until you have to hand in the activities, and the planning you will have to solve each of these exercises. When I was studying mechanics, it was the same. We had 1 annual exam, and of the 5 subjects, I had to calculate the time I had left until the final exam, and the time I was going to dedicate to each subject. With a calculation of 5 hours a day, it helped me to study and pass all the subjects with good grades.

With the rest of the things it is the same. Many times, you have to park the stimuli and make the decision to force yourself to do things until they are finished. First day, second day, third day..., and when a week passes, it will become a habit that you will have the need to satisfy.

It is pure habit that will make you stop procrastinating, but to stop procrastinating you have to create a habit that is screwed at first but then becomes a light routine.

What do you want to stop procrastinating if you can tell?

Thanks for the advice brocel. It's just paperwork, for work.

You're right about the habit thing. But I'm really bad at keeping good routines. Once I tried with sport and failed. I tried with other stuffs, including stopping alcohol, and failed. When I try, I fail.

I fail to divide and rationnalize my time like that. I really have a millenaristic vision of my own schedule : either it's happening in one day, wether it's over and I think about death. And when I'm making up scenarios in my head, work's not getting done obviously.

I've become some sort of vessel watching his own life from above, seeing it all crumble and unable to do anything about it. There's no meaning in that shit work anyway. There's no meaning at all in anything.

I used to try to find it, for years. And now, I see there's none, there never was any. Only the most crazy nihilists believe there's a meaning in all this.

Inceldom really fucks you up.
