If you have to do math exercises, you must divide your time between the available time you have until you have to hand in the activities, and the planning you will have to solve each of these exercises. When I was studying mechanics, it was the same. We had 1 annual exam, and of the 5 subjects, I had to calculate the time I had left until the final exam, and the time I was going to dedicate to each subject. With a calculation of 5 hours a day, it helped me to study and pass all the subjects with good grades.
With the rest of the things it is the same. Many times, you have to park the stimuli and make the decision to force yourself to do things until they are finished. First day, second day, third day..., and when a week passes, it will become a habit that you will have the need to satisfy.
It is pure habit that will make you stop procrastinating, but to stop procrastinating you have to create a habit that is screwed at first but then becomes a light routine.
What do you want to stop procrastinating if you can tell?
