I'm in college with no assets of my own. I'm tired of seeing my peers with the latest gadgets, cars etc while I have nothing because my family isn't rich

Sound bratty, I know. But that's how I feel. What are some things I can do to moneymaxx? I came across r/beermoney but I'm too low IQ to understand half of what they are saying. Stocks are out of the question because I'm islamcel. Should I teach myself a skill or something?
