Many moons ago I discussed with a friend on discord about how we could appeal to everyone and get them a gf and bf. I proposed a sort of system in which a 1/10 would only be allowed to breed with a 1/10, a 5/10 for a 5/10 and the like. This system would be enforced by law and there would no way to be exempt from it. As for how we determine where you stand on the beauty scale, the society will use some sort of metric of public census to ask where they stand

People overrate themselves too high, most naive foids and normies rate themselves a 7/10 which is above average and we all know that's not true.
