What type of excerises to keep your body healthy and strong ?
 
To strengthen neck muscles and gain height, get a decently sturdy and long rope, tie into a couple knots then make it into a full oval. Grab a chair, tie the rope to a celling fan / tree, put the rope around your neck, then kick the chair down and hang for around 30-40 seconds.
 
Put a plastic bag above your head while working out for extra gains, you'll be strong and healthy in no time with the plastic bag trick.
