Is it possible to improve your iq?
My zoomer incel brain has low attention span and I can't even type long sentences. My mental capacity has also greatly reduced over the years due to chronic depression. I think its called brain fog or ego death or something idk. If this continues I might get dementia in future

You can improve your attention span and reading skills just by reading books. Exercising cardio usually improves brain fog and it has other positive effects on the brain.
