After losing a good amount of weight I'm left with a shit ton of sagging skin and gyno-type chest fat and I desperately need advice since this drops my self confidence to sub marianas trench numbers, does anyone know?
You can't. You need skin removal surgery.
You could gain a lot of muscle to fill in though to make it less noticable.
