I know a lot of people want it get fit but don’t know what to do. Also since it is new years there is a great societal push to get fit. All it takes is a 10 push ups 10 sit ups 10 jumpsquats and a 10 minute walk (or run) a couple times a week. Start easy build up. You also need to build up your mentality when you start, so dont start with super hard nfl military workouts, because you’ll get burnt out and quit in two months. It’s all about building momentum.
