due to my inceldom and LDAR history i have become a night owl, and due to my excessive caffeine consumption and baseline genetic insomnia i sleep for 2-6 hours a night and my sleep is really shit

i want to sleep from 9:30 PM to 7:00 AM. not because of the productivityhax!!! shit but just because I like early mornings even if i don't do anything in them

but i never care enough to stick with it. i will stay incel regardless and im fighting tooth and nail to not succumb to the LDAR lifestyle again so yeah

i will certainly improve my health, feel better, and reap some benefits if i fix my sleep but i can't be bothered to care

what to do?

2. Get things to do
3. Don't be ugly
 
There is nothing you can do other than accept being defeated and LDAR

I'm the opposite, now I sleep 10-12 hours

Now I'm NEET, back when I studied I would be on an average of 5 hours a day
 
Remove the lights in your room. Where you do have lights, they should be warmer colours.

The brain is not designed for artificial lights.
 
Well if you are having caffeine then obviously cut that out, but I'm sure you already would have.

Just exercise and tire yourself during the day so you want to go to bed earlier each day. That's the only real solution I feel
