How to develop social anxiety?

At this point it's probably best for me to develop social axniety. I manually have to NOT talk to people but I'd like this process to be automatic, as I don't get along with most normies.

What kind of question is this? You develop social anxiety by constantly getting shitted on in the majority of your social interactions throughout life. At least that’s how most of us developed it. It sucks.

You are a fakecel if you want to get mental illnesses. And for sure you don't want to be forced by your fucking retarded brain to rush to the fucking toilet every 10-20mins if you go into a room with more than 2 people.
