How to deal with women who are your race but not attracted to you?

Many consider me a "Urkelcel" I spend most my time playing fighters, Yu-Gi-Oh or building model kits.
Although most Urkelcels are black I'm actually mixed race, but socio-economically I would be and are considered as a black.
I'm not into the turbo nigga ghettoness, growing up I thought ideas such as "being a bad boy, street niggaz" was uncouth and derogatory to a high level, nobody should want to live like that.
I'm attracted to black and Asian women, but I've always noticed especially black women have never been interested in me, when I saw my other black classmates who acted like hooligans speaking to black girls they were almost always picked, why is this?

My social status was FUCKED. I distanced myself from my male classmates alot until the last two years of secondary school, I also stayed silent alot but didn't see it as much of an issue

Same, I'm ND, have terrible social skills, unable to converse with people naturally, start conversations, pick up social cues, and I used to sperg out and yap about my autistic hobbies which pretty much tanked my social status down into the gutter. I spend most of my time in my room playing games, I only go out for college or groceries, nobody from my highschool has seen me since I finished it.
