If you feel like shit after when you've woken up, then energy drinks.
Your liver and kidneys will hate you, but it works for me atleast.
Can also try power through it for days on end and then have big 10-12 hour chunks of sleep on what I like to call crash days.
(Obviously if these worked 100% of the time wouldn't still be an insomniac but they're decent enough should get you some sleep)
