I can make friends but normies are unbearable, at my last job I ended up just self isolating and people started to think I was weird because I started there with a lot of energy/talkative. But as time goes by it's hard to keep up the normie facade.

If you get a nice pair of boots (preferably cowboy boots), you can hide a bigger lift in them without looking suspicious. Practice walking with lifts in private before you go out in public with them, they're difficult to walk in for those unfamiliar with them. If you go for cowboy boots, you could wear a bunch of flannel shirts and also get a cowboy hat, which would add another inch or two, if you're willing to become the "cowboy/Western look guy", you could conceivably fraud 5'9" (keep in mind that the average shoe ads an inch or so to your height, so while boots with a good lift and a cowboy hat could get you to 5'10", your perceived height would only be 5'9", since you would match 5'9" guys who were wearing shoes)
