As many of you know I'm an alien and I have been sent to this planet,so today I will teach how to practice getting your brain in shape for communication.
1. Get a clear space-you don't need that much room
2. Start spinning around very fast and don't stop. Don't move around just spin around in one spot and keep doing this until you feel very dizzy. It should take a couple minutes.
3. Once you are spinning and you feel you are dizzy you need to sit down where you are right away. Sit in criss cross applesauce. Also close your eyes right away
Once you have done all those steps you should be in a very good state of mind. The experience is indescribable in this shitty human language. Make sure to practice this all the time and with enough practice you shall be ready. You will know you have practiced enough when you hear the voices in your head. The voices are my superiors and help me with my mission.
