The only "Addiction" I have is maybe cooming. However I don't see it as a problem. I only do it once a day maybe twice if I'm REALLY bored.
Sometimes not at all. I don't know how to assist with serious addiction because I don't have one.

But have you tried something less harmful like uhh weed?
