How the hell do females and normies have the time and energy for all this social media?

Each one of these apps contains hundreds (thousands) of friends and followers, family members, to keep up to date with.

Then you have all the standard texting sessions and long phone calls to their "besties" to account for too. Women LOVE to talk on the phone for hours. They have to be seen to be keeping up appearances on all these apps, liking pics, commenting on pics, showing interest in hundreds of ppls lives...

If they were in the position that a lot of us are in where we are NEET and just rot all day i could easily see it but these people all have regular full time jobs or college, some have both school and work. They all go to the gym, they socialize and go to work meetups/gatherings/events, some have kids and families. They have work to do from home,etc

I have endless free time and I still find it tiring to reply to a text message from a family member or reply to a thread on a fucking forum. People drain me.

Yet these people are COMPLETELY UP TO DATE with everybody in their social circles birthdays, christenings, baby showers, marriages, divorces, relationships, he said she said gossip, who's fucking who, who's dating who.

I can't fathom waking up in the morning and having to wish 30 people a happy birthday or offer my support to 10 people who just got dumped or has their kids in hispital or whatever across multiple different apps all the fucking time.

How do these people have the energy and motivation to do this endlessly for year after year?

How do they have the time to fit it all in though? I haven't worked in years so maybe i am just being dumb or something but it seems to me that holding down a full time job and/or college as well as raising kids and running a home. Going to the gym and all the socializing they do irl it seems you would have to literally be on these apps 24/7 to keep track of it all and reply to the hundreds of messages and notifications a day. Do most jobs now allow you to look at your phone while you work?
