i can weighted dip 35 for 6, weighted chin up 30 kg for 5 reps, ohp 60kg for 8 and bench 90kg for 5. If u want to look aesthetic af u gotta focus on ohp cuz it builds up the serratus anterior(highlighted red) and front delts
