The incel must first realize his place in both social and sexual hierarchy that he's the lowest of the low, utterly undesirable and unworthy of passing on his genetics.
Upon this realization, he must compare himself to other males with females realizing they are superior in face, body, stature, social skills behavior and personality.
Females desire them and want to be with them, they are willing to help, befriend, party with, kiss, take drugs with, have sex with and be in romantic relationships with them while they exclude incels/truecels
Over time the incel realizes he is worthless as a man compared to them. That females genuinely deserve a better male than him and they are worthy of it. All their beauty and sweetness is meant for them not him.
But there is a way for the poor incel to ascend if he let's go off all his pride, dignity and toxic masculinity. He must be willing to do anything and everything to please women who are the lowest of the low, like landwhales, grannies and single mothers.
He should be willing to spend all his money on them, do everything they ask, emotionally comfort them, be the ultimate nice guy, in return for rare occassions of sex.
He must also encourage, allow and force himself to enjoy superior males to mount her and provide her true pleasure and comfort including impregnating her and raising his spawn.
