And that iq is only after the tests have been weighted differently to give females a score closer to men. Even then, if you take a 100 iq woman and a 100 iq man, the man will be better at solving problems of all types

Yeah it’s feminist gaslighting. Adult foids aren’t as smart as adult males, that’s observable reality. It’s no coincidence all the fields that require advanced levels of thinking are male dominated.

I suspect that the reason 100iQ man is a better problem solver is biological. Men work better under pressure, also do not have to deal with an emotion hamster wheel brain & males are a lot less likely to follow pre-conceived ideas.

Foid brains are 10-15% smaller than mens brains, which roughly correlates to about 10-15% less intelligent, less logical, less creative, less skillful, less conscious etc. It means they have to rely on instincts and emotions for more of their decisions. It explains a lot.

James Damore. He didn't do a study. He responded to an internal memo about strategies to bring in more women in STEM.

Poor guy answered like the engineer that he is and gave an analytical answer, which did not coincide with the liberal SJW narrative. It got him fired for bigotry and he sued Google. I don't know if the case has been settled, it's been a few years.
