Regret not approaching women in my 20s.
Advice would be start off with constructive, habitual copes when young, gain self discipline, go the gym (for strength training), run (or bike or swim, do cardio essentially), read regularly, think about what you read, engage in free-thought, get a job which you enjoy and pays at least the average wage or higher in your country, don't see it as beneath you to get a trade job but don't underestimate your ability to acquire deep specialist knowledge should you desire it.
Network with other competent men (you should either be helping or uplifting lower status men or should be getting mentored by a higher status male).
