That's a really good base to work with if you're 6'4" and white with good hair. Looksmaxing and PUA advice was all designed for people like you. It's pretty hard for a nondeformed nonautistic full headed 6'4" white guy to truly be incel if he's making an effort.

If you want jbw to be effective you need to have some sort of bright features going for you that ethnic foids can't find on other races. If you at least have blue eyes or any other hair colour besides brown/black you're set in the dating market. Having plain brown eyes and plain black hair doesn't set you with ethnifoids because they're usually looking for something that will make their future kid as least ethnic as possible.
