I tend to alientate people without knowing why. I think there are a lot of borderline crazy people who get along fine with the normies, but can tell I'm OFF and take out their crazy aggression on me. Normies can't see it / don't experience it. Had too many weirdos in my orbit.

I think the only times I didn't get what normies mean was when they made fun of my appearence but in a hidden manner. Like they would say something to themselves and look at me and laugh. But I'm just ugly, I actually don't think I have autism. I was diagnosed with it, but I think it was a false diagnosis.
Even if I was good-looking, I wouldn't get along that well with most normies which are sensors. However, my autism wouldn't be debilitating enough to form connections with the people who are worth it and who I would actually care about.

I avoid looking people in the eye because of my autism if someone speaks to me i just freeze

What do you mean by "understanding"? Yes, I usually recognize chit-chat because it's pretty much... logic. However, I'm not a chit-chating/gossip person (I lack the patience and the knowledge to participate in such interactions); casual conversations are dangerously boring to me, apparently.
