"If you're gonna do it and want as minimal sideeffects as possible, do like 4 cm just to be 5'9.

You can play it off as it was a posture thing and not you doing the surgery, you'll recover relatively fast, I emailed a doc about 4cm lengthening and he told me that about 4 months after the surgery your bones will heal and athleticism wont suffer much.

The lengthening period is 40 days only.

If you're trully a bit above average in looks 5'9 should be enough to have a good dating life

Heightism isnt gonna be a big deal at that height, you might get teased once in a blue moon but at that point you can just laugh it off with the homes since it wont be that often that it starts to sting."

It seriously just dawned on me at 3 am.

It made me calm. Its like i was hit with an axe in my temple and now i relaxed.

The level of depression and mental anguish reached by short men of today is astronomical.

In order for you to sit down and discuss with the homies a surgery that will give you 4 cm of leg bone and put you 100k in debt. Then you might never recover and be in pain crippled ur whole life at best or death from an embolism at worst.

4CM

4cm ≈ 2 inches.

you are discussing with your close friends the possibility of you throwing your life away for two inches of leg bone to appease to the female gaze.

imagine gengis khan hearing you saying this.

imagine your grandpa who was married had 7 kids cheated on your grandma and never was home because he was a gambling alcoholic hear you say this.

Doesnt know how to form a proper sentence. Worked as a sign holder his whole life seeing you literally posting threads upon threads discussing this circus play.

"grandpa i might do surgery to grow 4cm because im fucking gay".

man i cant believe this world.

i cannot believe we reached a point in humanity where even a discussion like this exist in the first place.

whomvst ze fuck mang. @Fat Link man you are fucking fat.

Can’t relate. Everyone male in my family is 6’1” or taller. I am shorter than my father. I am shorter than both of my brothers. I am shorter than my both my grands fathers. I am shorter than all my male cousins.

Nobody in my family knows what it’s like to be a 5’10” adult male because I am the only one.

Mango you totally missed the point of what im trying to say :feelsrope:

I can’t read.
Ill explain to you since i like the cut of your chin.

Simply said: just the idea that men today are sitting down and SERIOUSLY discussing going under the knife for a 4cm or 2 inches increase of height is totally absurd to the point of insanity.

Yes, this reality is insane. I’ve been trying to reality shift lately. I’ve been unsuccessful so far.

Lol I tried that years ago too. It doesn't work at all and it's like a lucid dream anyways. These bitches make it out as if you're living in a completely different existence in real time, but that's BS.

I can relate to this :feelsseriously:

Leg lengthening seems somewhat extreme; there are similar results with things like spinal decompression from high weight loss. One can find many anocdatal stories on the subject on Reddit. There are stories about growing taller after increasing protein intakes, like after puberty. A user, IdontKnow45, mentioned it here. I found stories about people growing on the carnivore diet on Reddit:

I know a youtuber named Goatis mentioned growing taller on a raw meat diet, so this is more evidence.

Looking back, I think I had similar stories where I grew over 5 cm taller from comparing my night height before and after, after increasing my protein intake while taking more than 130 g or more of protein drastically for a set of months. The height growth still remained even when I gained a lot of weight back, like about 50 lbs, so it is permanent.

I was doing a weight loss at the same time if, like, the protein effect has become more effective over time.
I lost like 54 lbs and am still losing more; I am improving my diet again, and my posture is much better. IdontKnow45 is really skinny around 57 kg, so his protein effect could be much greater; I am going to see if I can go around his weight range or lower to obtain similar results.
Who knows, maybe I could get lucky again with protein or I could be much taller with spinal decompression; maybe others can be lucky with similar procedures too.

Pseudoscience pilpul. Spinal decompression and other such things will maybe give you an extra inch at best.

Also, that’s not the same as getting taller.

To be honest, for my case, it could have been genetics; my parents told me that I grew taller after puberty, so it was within my expectations, but I grew a lot after increasing my protein intakes, so I think it could have been a factor; there are other things. I am just going to see what happens as I am on a carnivore diet from doing a keto diet.
From spinal decompression, even though it is not permanent, it is fine; I aimed to keep my lifestyle basically close to forever. I guess it is a mindset thing since I read a lot of people gaining a lot of weight back after, and I do not want to do it. Weight loss seems pretty much easier on a diet close to the carnivore diet, so I am not really worried. I am somewhat lucky I did not gain much weight back. even though I basically gave up once; like from losing 37 lbs, I still lost like 27 lbs in total even with giving up on fasting, diet, and exercise. I read the mechanism that a dry fast can destroy some fat cells unlike a normal diet, so it could be possible the reason why:

From some cursary research, it is possible the height growth could be a lot more than 2 cm from spinal decompression; I think there is this derivation like 0.1 to 0.2 cm per 15 lbs of weight loss, from research for the minimum; it seems like the absolute is around 6 - 7 cm with the right conditions, especially with the largest weight loss like 70 lbs+, which I am aiming for. There were a couple of stories that mentioned 5 cm of growth happening, which supports it.

It is better to try something, even if LL is the goal. Like even weight loss could be good if one wanted LL because the weight-bearing nails usually have a weight requirement, and one can the least expense nails and save money the less way weigh and could also be taller from spinal decompression anyway.

If you want to really reality shift try drugs, dissociative drugs can make it so whatever you think about happens. For example I was in my room and I imagined it turning into a grand ballroom and it happened (my room was a mansion in my consciousness)

Man this is grade A pure copium.

If what you re saying is true then all those manlets in the gym who are pumped to the gills with testosterone, HGH and whey protein would have grew those 5 cm already.

Once your growth plates fuse its over.

Spinal decompression is not really cope, especially if you can keep the weight off, though.
I mean some growth with high dose HGH, though; I recall More Plate mores growth like an inch by high doses of HGH but got things like gyno; you can read stories on the bodybuilding subreddit; though, it tends to mess up their facial growth. There are a lot of users on LooksMax with IQ threads on similar topics, which can lend credence to the points.

Whey protein is just protein or protein supplementation, so it would fall under the proterin's case above, though.
On the testorone case, I remember checking FTM subreddit for proofs; some users did grow taller on trt, indicating there could be some effect of growth after puberty.
I do not really care about the other's case for drugs, but usually the use of steroids and frequent eating windows lessen the effect of HGH, like eating just before sleep. You can usually choose these user's bloodwork on videos, and they are usually horrible, so I doubt growth would happen.

I will be honest; I am not 100 percent sure of things like proteinmaxxing and drugs. I do think being willing to try the healthier option without steroids or drugs is better than just doing nothing sometimes. At worst, your health might get better. Even with the choice of LL, you can save money by weighing less.

Man you re better than this.

Once your bones fuse its over. Stop wasting your time reading these bullshit threads on looksmaxx.

Ultimatly, it depends on the person; I mean, if you do not grow, you still get the life benefits; honestly, this is what happened to me.
It is like anecdotal evidence and ups the user in the end. Besides, I said I am skeptical and not like we are doing some research paper here, but I advocated for healthy habits like eating more protein and weight loss that, even if not successful, can improve health and treat you. Health improvement can improve the way people treat, like from the halo effect; I went through that phase where the treatment felt like night and before.
