It really depends for me. When I'm depressed I jerk off constantly but when I'm manic I don't really care for it too much. I still masturbate but I'll do it once a day or once every other day. I also go through phases where I either watch porn (not always jerking off either I just watch it) and jerk off daily numerous times a day and times where I can't jerk off because I cant stop thinking about how I will never actually get to do it.
