Not often but when I do eat Ramen I prefer 2 packs. If I want to add more flavor I put canned chicken or tuna in it for protein.

Instant ramen is bad.
Not a lot. Maybe once every two weeks. I mostly chose to eat meat when I have a choice in food, that or potatoes.
instant noddles? Once every 3 months, too much sodium
I make ramen soup about once a week. You can make a kick-ass meal out of it using real chicken broth, and adding fresh vegetables, chicken, steak or shrimp, and most importantly using your own spices instead of the spice mix they include. Sometimes I'll make it a Thai curry soup with coconut cream. Ramen is fucking amazing if you know what to do with it.
