curious tbh. I can adjust/crack my lower back, fingers, wrists, knees, neck, sometimes elbows and parts of shoulders but that's about it. the hardest to get cracking and the most annoying is upper back. I tried many many guides on youtube but they all don't work like a standing lift maneuver (holding your hands behind your neck and a person behind you lifts you) that's the most pain-releasing one, although it's somewhat fucking gay and awkward I sometimes ask my coworkers to do it for me because I have a forward leaning posture and I sit all the time. any of you niggers and chiropractorcels got an advice?
