A safe assumption is that the majority would agree or strongly believe that incels account for less than 50% on this forum while more than 50% of the userbase aren't incels, we can assume that the latter percentage is majorly consisted by volcels (or failed normies as someone above mentioned), followed by larping normie/sexhaving trolls, followed by IT dwelling cunts.
Disclaimer: this is all based on a sample of the users and it reflects what the users on this thread believe about the userbase for reasons they know but may not share.

I'd say 70–80%. True inceldom is actually rare, and most men ascend eventually. Most here are volcels who are too depressed, lazy or scared to even approach. I remember reading a thread from a popular user here from the Netherlands who openly admitted that he had never even tried to approach a woman.

my reasoning is that most people don’t stay here for long, they either ascend or get banned. Although people being banned for being degenerates kinda skews my reasoning, maybe they would had been here their whole lives had they not been banned, hard to tell. I'm not tall myself but I can see it happening under very strict circumstances: only possible if their face is genuinely deformed. Not just shitty genetics I'm talking acid attack victim levels, plus balding plus autism I can see a tall person (lower end of 6ft) being an incel.

I think a decent amount of the forum won't remain KHHV for life but I don't think we have a ton of guys in here that will go on to get genuine desire and not just end up as nearcels. Though I personally believe the majority of guys now could be classified as nearcels so I guess that isn't saying that much. I think true KHHV for life inceldom isn't that common but the amount of guys that are still heavily affected by the blackpill is very high.

For me those were the two pieces that I found the hardest to digest, I know they're facts because I experienced them firsthand, some of those whom I had thought would be truecels, weren't even part of the new gen, turned out to be fakecels or outright sellouts.
If you survey the earliest posts on this forum, the people who posted them are all crossed out without "self-banned" written under. if you're a user from 5 years ago or earlier like me and hasn't checked follow lists because you really don't care, you could find out that some of those you followed or followed you could be banned.
This makes me conclude that not only volcels are larping inceldom but they could be larping as older incels when in reality they could be here vacating until they finally grow up and ascend, thus you'll find most of them invested so much on raceposting, redpillposting since those are the only serious topics that relate to them more than trueceldom.
I wouldn't be surprised if a good chunk of the userbase turned out to be just minors who actually post on tiktok.
