It's my only bet to even look humane with all these facial deformities

Bimaxillary (double jaw) surgery costs can vary significantly depending on the country, clinic, and surgeon. In Turkey, prices generally range from $5,000 to $15,000 USD, making it a popular destination for medical tourism. Many clinics in Turkey offer all-inclusive packages that cover pre-surgery consultations, the surgery itself, hospital stay, anesthesia, postoperative care, hotel accommodation, and VIP transfers, which can make the experience more convenient and cost-effective for international patients. In contrast, the cost of bimaxillary surgery in the UK is considerably higher, typically ranging from £6,000 to £15,000 ($7,500–$18,700 USD) in private clinics. This cost often excludes pre- and post-surgical orthodontic treatment, which can add another £2,000 to £6,000. Consultations, follow-ups, and medications are also billed separately. While the NHS may cover the procedure if it’s medically necessary—for example, to correct functional issues like severe malocclusion or obstructive sleep apnea—there are often long waiting lists. For those paying out-of-pocket, Turkey tends to offer more affordable and comprehensive care, but it’s important to factor in travel, accommodation (if not included), and long-distance follow-up logistics when making your decision.

if I have to go to turkiye , it's better that I get it done in my home country with the doctors I personally know. Anyways, it's gonna be years till I actually get one surgery and that would surely be in the west.
