Seems a big question atm.

It was always hard, except if you were popular/good looking or rich.

I would say society, laws and life in general is more "unfair" to men these days, so it's harder. Plus how heterosexual men are demonised as bad by globalhomo western countries.

Im 36 and remember vaguely how it was. In the terms of sex and dating, back then it was easier. Being gymmaxxed was much more appreciated, fat chicks had much, much lower smv.

Bullying was worse back then because schools/parents ignored it as something normal.

A man was supposed to provide for his family. Thats impossible now. 20 years ago it was actually possible to buy a house and get married. Those times have passed thanks to the jews.
This also, twenty years ago in my country we were still recovering from the wars yet life standard was better than now.

lol I thought most people would select "Somewhat" but in reality it has only been me so far!

In what way? Overall survival was obviously much harder but then again people just adept. At least back then the whole world wasn’t against you when you were an ugly undesirable virgin although I doubt virgin men even existed back then.

Way harder,20 years,so back in 2003 there was no Instagram and all the other social media apps foids use to boost their ego and select the men they like simply by swiping the screen.

You can bame hiphop for that as it became more mainstream
Yeah, body positivity brainwashing also, muh thick, muh curvy, all landwhales with tons of celulite.

in the past, as a man you could afford to buy a house, a car, a good investment and have a family with some roastie or even a virgin if you're lucky but now men aren't just struggling romantically but also financially.
most men in their 30s and 40s don't even have a car and a house which is the minimum requirement to get a family and kids. things will only become worse for the male gender

much harder:
  • you have to watch your language to an extreme degree.
  • watch your touch to an extreme degree
  • Cost of living super high. wages shit.
  • promotions/jobs harder to get. Due to many diversity quotas.
  • more microplastics, less test as a result just due to environment.

Hm.

Yeah my favourite year was 2002. But maybe to some degree that's just because I was younger then.

That being said the number of younger people now saying that things are bad makes me think maybe it's not just me!

I felt like things were pretty good up until around 2016. The odd dip here and there but mostly things seemed OK.

It was easier.

Social media and dating websites did not exist back then, or were in a very early age and far from mainstream. Women had to date whoever was within their circle, and many average guys could score.

Far less feminism and hypergamy because women did not have access to unlimited Chad cock from all over the country 24/7, or spammed with nonstop compliments from pathetic piece of shit simps who boost her ego out of this world.

Women used to value men with normal jobs, none of this bullshit "he needs to make at least 500000" nonsense we hear today.

Don't forget the rise in dating apps, social media and OnlyFans. Society was much better 20 years ago.

It sucked 15 years ago and it's basically totally pointless now

The only reason I'm doing better now mentally than I was then, is I totally gave up around 2014
